Missions and objectives
ADEC carries out the following missions:
- Leading the incubator and development of economic activities linked to ICT within the Lower Rhine area (prospecting to enterprises, support to young companies...),
- Participation in European projects linked to ICT, giving support in project development and in the constitution of European networks driven by Lower Rhine actors
- Technological foresight and diffusion of technologies for the benefit of the local economic area.
The ADEC fits into the policy lead by the Lower Rhine Council "Men and Territories - Hommes et Territoires" with the objective of developing information technology practices.
An agreement has been signed between the State Financial Institution for Deposit and Consignment - CDC and the Lower Rhine Council concerning economic development, and supports the stimulation of innovative initiatives within the Val de Moder and ADEC area from 2005.
