Supported by the General Council of Low-Rhine through objective agreements and implemented in a rural area in La Walck (Country of North Alsace), ADEC fully participates to the “Humans and Territories” approach.

Since June 2008, ADEC has been labelled technopole (Retis innovation network) and comes to strengthen the existing Alsacian  RETIS network : CEEI Alsace, SEMIA Alsace Incubator and Technopole of Mulhouse.
